Because it’s Sunday, because it’s been an intense couple of weeks. Breakfast is from William Curley – matcha financier, cinnamon palmier, miso and walnut biscuits – paired with my current favourite tea from Pek Sin Choon.

Tofu: Someone needs to get on to the distributor. San Pellegrino Aranciata is very good, but I guess you have Orangina.
