pendleton

Pendleton Woolen Mills make mufflers that look like miniaturised versions of their famous blankets.

Seems like a sensible way to carry around a reminder of home.

pimienta: When will your friend be arriving and when will she go? It’s a bit tricky for me towards the end of the week. Earlier in the week will be better but let’s see what we can work out.

hiki: I’m extremely hungry now. Only had a meal so far today. Cinema Table has the most excellent food/location styling, I think. What a great team!

danica and if jane: The book will definitely be worth your while.

Tea Lover: In Chinatown near Smith Street. You won’t miss the shop. It’s full of tea-related things. Near Wang San Yang.

July: Did you? I thoroughly enjoyed the film – the awkward moments; the old ladies (funny to watch but you are also consciously aware of the nightmare if you had to live with them); the fashion style of Gianni’s poor aristocratic mother; the sweet ending.

Carole: It took some time (the comments) but I think it’s the decent thing to do!

Ell: Amish dolls? The faceless ones? I encountered some Amish people while travelling around the US and noted that they are using mobile phones.

Bardotty: I wasn’t eating my pasta properly at the dinner table either. I usually sit on the floor and eat off my coffee table. I like sitting on the floor a lot.

I love the Pendleton wool patterns we stock some great hand made purses and bags in their blanket wool here at Welcome Home.

Yup, I’m weird, I know. Actually, that’s quite disappointing- I had a fix idea about them..which is definitely not that they need electricity or something..
All right, I made some research and I have to admit that dolls look better with face than without. Or maybe every doll scares me.It might be true, especially since I have seen Coraline..(In this case I will just stick to the plan B, which is making animals, like giraffes and elephants.)

Those blankets are so beautiful. Do you like the Opening Ceremony collaboration?
I wish I could order this one http://www.kapital.jp/e-store/zoom_img.php?p_item_key=1488 but I think that you can only purchase online if you live in Japan.
I bought the DVD on Amazon, still waiting for it to arrive!
