Recent breakfasts.

Ham and cheese omelette; almond milk.

Egg; tomato; lettuce; cheese; oatcakes.

Crumpets.

Waiting for dinner at Le Pain Quotidien.

Dinner at Saki with Natasha.

Been cleaning the house today. Mr. Bunney gets his place back.

BB gets a new home.

Jabba’s happy.

I casually opened the chest where the TV has been sitting on to find things I’ve completely forgotten about. It gave me the feeling of opening a tomb to find perfectly preserved burial items.

More gloves for winter then.

A present from Atelier J*. Lovely of Claudia to have my bag monogrammed too.

This issue of high fashion is a keeper.

A feature on the evolution of the Hermès scarf…

…styling…

…behind-the-scenes…

…my favourite bit is a description of the “colour kitchen” where colours that have been dreamed up are concocted.

The magazine’s feature coincided with the release of Le Carré Hermès.

In the evening, I was at Alison’s and Daryl’s when he showed me his new project, The Four Horsemen.

Broken Britain? More to come…

Alison made me curry, Singapore style.

Kentish Town lights up.

Bardotty and if jane: Thank you!
lucie: The Diana adapter is such a good idea but too bad I don’t have a Canon EOS or Nikon F SLR!
Ell: Feeling any better?
July: I’m back from the 1st of January! So I’ll wait for you to get back then. I didn’t go for any desserts after the bento but next time I will. Have you had green tea financier from William Curley?
Jac: It’s Lomo LC-A. I tag every post with the camera I use for easy reference. And there’s also Camera FAQ for more information. A camera to recommend: it really depends on what you’re looking for. LC-A is very easy to use if you want a film camera.
Z: You’re welcome. I’d recommend Lomo LC-A over Diana F+ though.
Carole: I feel like the colour saturation and tones of Holga and Diana are different. What do you think?
editor: The F&M room is photogenic. Somehow weird in real life. Maybe of the low ceiling.
A note on: art, food, friend, home, lifestyle, london, magazine, panasonic lumix dmc-g1, recently randomly, visvim

crumpets look… scary!
yum!
i love crumpets.
can’t get them here :(
aw man, that daypack’s lovely…
Aww, Kentish Town; my neighbourhood before we moved. Tips & Toes does the best manicure – pedicure.
I have that bunny lamp too, love it to bits. Your dinner at Saki looks so great, I love compartmentalised food (its a bonus that its not served on an airplane!)
oh, not at all. it’s even worse.. but I really like Mr. Bunny and BB.
I love your photos. They are always so suggestive…
xx
is that a Buckaroo bag (the Pain Q. pic)?
ha ha ha, i never thought of a room having that problem – being photogenic but it not translating as well in person. i like to think i have the opposite problem and just don’t look quite right in pictures. ;)
thank you for the high fashion tip – looks like i have a date with kinokuniya tomorrow.
Ps “perfectly preserved burial items” Lol!
(too much free time means too many comments)oh my, it’s pooh underneath the crumpets!and the advent calendar is also very nice..
I’m not sure, my Holga is a recent acquisition as I decided to let go of digital a little bit (i don’t let go, I make more pictures…). I’ve been so busy recently, didn’t have time to pick up cds from the photographer’s. Probably you’re right, and I might buy a Diana one day to have a medium format to start. So it’ll be easy to compare hehehe. That feeling you have when you open old boxes is so great. I have this at my parent’s home. We’ve been moving so much these past few years that I don’t have forgotten boxes anymore.
i’ll be glad to take the vis bag off your hands! :)
been hunting for a more subdued pack, my version is blue corduroy with knitted base
Hi Tommy!!
Cheers for visiting Broadway today!! – That bunny lamp… where did you get it?? I have a cat one, & I think it’s from the same maker! (I got my cat lamp from a shop on Columbia Road)… Please please tell me!!
