Emily (via contact form): Thank you and I’m happy you picked the Diana series of photos. The Polaroid film, I bought them 2 years ago in Singapore.

christie (via contact form): Marylebone, especially near the village area, is a very pretty area to stay in and it has relatively easy access to the rest of town (and museums). I recommend it. I also like Soho, it’s good for a London experience and always great for food.

July: I really like Couverture, the women’s store upstairs. My friend works in The Garbstore and they stock General Research which is always interesting to look at. Funny you mention about Chisou’s quality because my sushi arrived looking a little scruffy but I forgive restaurants, particularly those in W1, for some off days because of their easy-access locations.

hiki: I completely forgot that it’s the year of the Tiger. I’m so out of touch!

Bardotty: Come back to the area for a visit because The Bull and Last is amazing. Six weekend trips, still impressive. I can never plan so far ahead. As for replying messages, I think it’s strange to ignore people. But I’m working on being equally polite in “real life”!

    Ciao T,
also in Italy snowed two days ago, but, to be honest, I hate snow… Please don’ t tell anyone… :-)

Love that AFFA piece. I would have had the chance to get the mohair ones that I found some time ago on ebay…

    Take Care and Be Well,

  8. Shame it went away so fast and turned into a nasty cold rain. I really like your woolly socks.

  9. Annette says:

I hope it continues to snow so I can go sledding with Oskar. You were so right about the Filson bag. I thought about getting this one

but couldn’t decide on the color so instead I bought a vintage black and tan Dooney and Bourke.
