Today’s activity Grab and go.
Woke up to a blanket of snow over London. I jumped out of bed, brushed my teeth, packed my cameras, piled on some clothing and headed for Hampstead Heath.

You may have already seen the rest of the results here.

Alison has been going on about Euphorium in Angel, so I had to pop into its other branch to try something out. Hot chocolate was bliss after my hour-long trek in the snow, and I also had a pain au chocolat and baguette to go.

Today’s food Grilled cheese toast for brunch.

Today’s discovery Two vegetarian cookbooks and a baking book. All from the ’70s.
Found at Quinto’s on Charing Cross Road, the maddest second-hand bookshop I know.

Today’s niceness Bulgogi and Cyborg.
A Korean evening to end our day – dinner at Koba followed by film at ICA.

Noeudpap: I was surprised by how many people were going on their usual running routine. It must be the heaviest snow I’ve ever seen in London!
gerry: Thank you, it’s always nice to know. One of the reasons why I like checking visitor statistics so much is the new places I learn about.
genevieve: This morning’s snow had completely melted when I went out later in the evening. But snow is predicted for tomorrow too.
