I thought I was so lucky to find this reversible fur-trimmed ski parka (Spec. No. 201 of July 14, 1942) at Ragtop Vintage Clothing stall at Old Spitalfields Market. It’s in such great condition possibly because it’s never been issued.
是第二次世界大战的美军的军服，状况非常好。
It certainly has never been washed.
During WWII, this ski parka would have been issued to the mountain troops (10th Mountain Division and First Special Service Force, The Devil’s Brigade) and ski troops of the U.S. Army. Made of two-ply water-resistant poplin, hood trimmed with wolf fur, cuffs and slanted opening inner front pockets closed by plastic buttons and a drawstring at the bottom.
And when it’s snowing, I’ll wear it like this. Now you know why I want winter right now.

I really cant think of a better gift than this waffle maker as i know she loves the penguin shape alot and im really trying to get my hands on one. I read that you managed to find one in singapore somewhere in chinatown. May i know if its someone using it to sell the waffles or is the person selling the waffle machine itself? thanks! looking forward to your reply
this is really fantastic! such history, when you wear something like that you must feel special. now in california, the winter will be mild, but i might find some amazing surf wear and cowboy boots ;)
