izzydore: It’s a Rolex Air King, the kind Singaporean uncles like back in the days.

The Eyechild: I was in Tokyo back in December. During the first part of the trip it was Spring-like weather but it turned cold towards the end. Nothing like London though. I know what you mean about the hands, I couldn’t move my fingers today after a short walk from Archway to Tufnell Park. Apparently if you were in the area of Kilburn today, you could have walked on snow.

Marion: I’m glad Fair shopping fairy had some recommendations. I don’t know so much about shopping in Berlin. I remember a cute shop called OK Versand and if there’s a Manufactum in Berlin, you should definitely visit. I went to the one in Munich though. Oh, Quartier 206 is always nice, what a pretty store. The markets on Sunday were fun too.

Rebecca: I hope I can get Lo-Fi Tokyo up soon. Tokyo is cold but nothing like London.

kristine: I did, I’d really like to go back soon.

m: I thought I visited a lot of places but you always find some place you miss out or couldn’t make time after you return. I’d say I still have lots of Tokyo to explore.

Fair shopping fairy: I’m guessing it is asking pet owners to be responsible and to pick up after their pets! I have no idea, just a hunch…

so many corgis! despite their silliness they are very good dogs. i think they almost fit into the tokyo landscape better than the traditional queen-with-corgis-in-a-field that i imagine pops into most people’s heads!

aaah, the Martin margiela store is incredible! its definitely better than the one in paris!
love all the tokyo photos, by the way! what is your favourite area? I think mine was Daikanyama.

i love how they have convenience stores in almost everywhere ( and vendi machines). I hope they have more of those convenience stores here in the US. the photo of santa cat got me laughing! nice catch!

Do you know if melon pan is supposed to be crusty on the outside? I was told otherwise but was taken aback when I tried one at my hotel. I miss Tokyo!!
